10. WordPress Hack: Plugin to Measure Plugins
Just as “there is an app for that,” there is also a WordPress plugin to measure which plugins are bringing down your site. It’s called P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler), and it’s free. Once you install it and run it, the plugin will give you a pie chart of which plugins are slowing you down in order for you to see which are worth keeping and which are not. And of course, you can uninstall the P3 once it has served it’s purpose.
